- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradingView operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
