Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TradingView and any services, features, content, or applications offered by us. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingView you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where the offering of derivatives, CFDs, or crypto trading is restricted or prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of TradingView complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and you must keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Platform Services

TradingView provides charting, market data, order routing, and educational content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.

5. Fees and Charges

Trading commissions, spreads, swap rates, deposit and withdrawal fees, and other charges are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the platform:

  • Market manipulation, spoofing, layering, or wash trading
  • Use of unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Sharing or selling account access to third parties
  • Uploading or distributing malicious code
  • Reverse engineering or copying any part of the platform
  • Activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and data on the platform are owned by TradingView or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal trading purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingView is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory request. You may close your account at any time after settling open positions and outstanding balances.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradingView is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
